I'm in Washington, DC so I don't expect much at all. But there are a lot of people from Baltimore to Boston
that might become inundated with snow. What are you stocking up with for a couple of days at home?

I'm in Maryland on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay. The snow is north of us. My daughter in Vermont is going to get a bunch of snow which will make the skiers happy.

Looks like we dodged a bullet here in PA - they were forecasting 5 - 8 inches, but the worst of it has passed, and we got less than an inch - not even plow-able! They say there is usually a run on bread, milk and toilet paper. I remember one storm, back around 93 or so, when I lived in Silver Spring, MD, I was in the grocery store the afternoon before, and the woman in front of me at the checkout had 2 24-roll packs of toilet paper in her cart... What on Earth did she think we were going to get???
The only cold I'm seeing today is from my Dermatologists Nitrogen canister. Getting some bumps removed.
My brother who just had a quadruple by-pass yesterday is looking out for 12 inches of snow today.
So glad I live in Paradise now.

When I was much younger, I used to stand by the door with my skiis waiting for it get deep enough. Some abhor snow, but there are several actuvities that are fun in snow. Try snowshoeing in the woods looking for photo ops. One of my winter jackets of your had a velcro patch to which I wore a smaller camera in a case. No fumbling in a pack.
From East Hampton N.Y. It has arrived and it is beautiful .
Sorry, I'm in San Diego and going to the beach today.
Watch out there are sharks in those waters...otherwise Boring
What am I stocking up on? Cold beer and sunscreen. It's going to be 80 degrees in San Diego today.
