BFS Loc: Queen City, MO

I am a retired Postal Rural Carrier and just started to get into photography last spring. Moving from point and shoot to a Nikon D5300 and trying to learn the ropes of running the camera rather than letting the camera run me. I have lots of question so looking forward to answers from those of you in the know.

Found this site through emails and glad to have found it. Looking forward to my time here.

So are you south, east or west as north would put you in Iowa? Weather as of late has not been great photo taking weather but I have been taking some old barn photos. My thinking is the fog helps with the mood of decay and desolation. At least those on FB seems to be liking them.
