Enlarge a Picture without Destroying Quality

As we enlarge an image, it tend to lose quality, but there are things we can do to limit the degradation.

Thanks, Jerry. I downloaded a program called "A Sharper Scaling". It is dedicated to upscaling and is supposed to better than Photoshop. The best part is that it is free. Will give it a try.
