They are taking over the world.....We have loads over here .....Bloody migrants - they eat our grass but it has been said that their poo fertilizes coastal areas better than any other animal! (something to do with their numbers per square yard when they settle) unlike starlings that have too much acid apparently)
At this time of year they are tolerated, but as early crops start to sprout they will get moved on by 'flash/bang' devices....

A lot of good recipes in the wildlife cookbooks. My Dad's obsession & #1 game animal to hunt, then ducks, deer and then fishing. He even used "Honker" as his on air "handle" on two way radio and covered his camper with pictures of the geese.
