Clinton signed a document regarding the laws regarding the handling of classified data, The mere mishandling of such info constitutes a crime. Intent is not required. It is implied by the act. If this breech of security lead to the death of a federal agent she is guilty of treason. Intent is implied by the act. The mere lying to a federal investigator is a federal crime. Martha Stuart spent 3 months in jail for this crime. Intent was implied by the act. A navy Seaman is in jail for traking pictures aboard a submarine. He had no INTENT to commit this breech of security. His intent was implied by his act. IGNORANCE of a crime is no excuse. I am not an attorney- but I can read. There is no doubt that hillary commited a serious mishandling of classified documents. Her guilt is not an issue. Intent is not required for her conviction. The statute is clear, intent is not an issue.

I'm a little unclear. Do you think intent is somehow involved? How do you define it?

BTW, can you define Treason as it is defined in the U. S. Constitution?

Do you know what a jailhouse lawyer it?

Now you are one.

Fair enough--but that does not mean that I am wrong. Treason is defined by aid and comfort to the enemy. The killing of a CIA agent in a hostile country can be construed as such.

You make wild, uncontrolled jumps in logic, and have plenty of sincerity in your error.

Hillary isn't guilty of killing or murder or whatever, no matter what you think.

So, you support Clinton in her efforts to bring Julian Assange to justice in the US?

He probably made an honest mistake. You know what that is don't you? Why don't you take your reporting and stick it where the sun don't shine. Assuming your whiny little ass has one.

Hillary is going to jail one way or the other clown. The so called Clinton Foundation is what will bring her down. That is one very large criminal enterprise. Supposed to be a charity but designed to make the Clinton's rich and sell away our country and function as a pay for play enterprise. If you do not know that by now then you are willfully ignorant. That is much worse than stupid.

If Assange commited a crime he should be prosecuted and if found guilty serve time in jail. But that has nothing to do with hillary's felonies.

Unfortunately there are two sets of rules, one for us regular folks and another for corrupt, lying politicians. She has a lot of help in staying out of prison. The attorney general meets on a plane for a supposedly "private" meeting. A local reporter is given a tip about this meeting and shows up with a camera, otherwise we would know nothing about this. Their story is they discussed their children after being on the plane for a private meeting. Now, if your mommy dropped you on your head when you were about 2 years old you might buy this bullcrap, or if you are a liberal who can't face the facts that are presented to you. The White House, who is worried about odumbo's legacy may have a hand in the decision not to indict. I'm sure this type of crap goes on all the time in Washington by democrats and republicans. They are all happy with the system that is in place to keep their "cushy" jobs. They get generous pay hikes voted on by themselves usually at 3:00AM, unbelievable benefits and pensions, all voted on by themselves, ironically at 3:00AM. Somebody does need to drain the swamp I only hope Trump is that guy.

Recognize that this is all speculation. You can believe it if you wish, and vote or act accordingly. But intelligent people (no slur intended) separate what they Believe to be fact from what they Know to be fact.

Makes life simpler.

You know, maybe your right. They both flew their planes one or two thousand miles and by pure chance ended up at the same airport, and after taxiing to a secluded part of the airport they both got out of their respective planes and just happened to notice the other standing there. When they both realized that they happened to be at the same airport Bill said "hey, as long as your here why don't you come into my plane to look at some pictures of my grandkids". And she said" you know since we're here by chance I think it's a good idea". You are too stupid to live if you think this was anything but a planned meeting to discuss Hillary's troubles with the FBI. He probably told her that Hillary would keep her on as Attorney General if she wasn't indicted. You libturds are a sorry lot. The Attorney General should be fired immediately, but that won't happen with the black turd in the White House.
