For all of those who scoffed at Trump when he complained that his microphone was defective-- guess what-- the debate commision admitted that it WAS defective.

Defective in his sniffling mind. As one of the 83 million watched the debate, there was never any moment when the words coming out of Trump's pie hole were not heard. Could not believe what he said, but I heard every word. And, the lapel mics used for broadcasting have dual heads, just in case one fails, Engineers switch to the backup.
So the only defect was in what he said.

So the people in the auditorium couldn't hear ever word that the rest of the world endured. Is that such a bad thing?

I did not comment about that was said. Only that the mic was indeed faulty. If hillary's mic was found to be defective the screaming from the democrats would be deafening
