Do you value the Constitution as written or as a flexable document. So, what kind of a supreme court do you think will favor the view of the framers of that constitution? Obama has appoited 2 extremely liberal justices, his 3'rd is now held up in the senate. Hillary will most likely appoint liberal justices and trump more conservative ones. Laws, regulations and elected officials can be changed. But supreme court decisions last for generations. So what kind of a country do you want?
