I have a Canon EOS Rebel T2i. In the view screen I have a icon that is flashing with EXP.Sim what does this mean? I have looked through all my books and can't find an explanation.

It simulates the result of your exposure settings so you can get a bit of a visual representation of your shot before it happens.
