I've been told that the hip muscles feel much tighter after this is done.
I wonder if they restring a bit to help keep you inline so to speak.
Hang in there and do your excercises.
The hardest part now is to straighten out the leg.
The incision is really tight. And I am doing the outside PT now.
And they push me a little harder than I did on my own.
