MP-E 65 + flash, first at 2:1 mag I think, with the second at 3:1 mag.

VERY nice photos of Aedes notoscriptus - at least I think that's what it is. The Lyre shaped scutal pattern is pretty characteristic. It could be confused with Aedes aegypti, but your specimens (I'm not sure about the last one) have a banded proboscis, so that should be a good separation guide.
