Cute little skink - Fraser's Hill Forest Skink (Sphenomorphus bukitensis). Malaysia.

What I initially thought to be a juvenile Gonocephalus robinsonii turned out to be a Malaya False Bloodsucker / Yellow-throated Forest Agamid / Yellow-throated False Garden Lizard (Pseudocalotes flavigula - ID credit: Evan Quah). Lifer. Montane forest, Pahang, Malaysia.

Sleepy head. Didn't open its eyes even after many shots grin emoticon. Robinson's Anglehead Lizard (Gonocephalus robinsonii). Malaysia.

We don't get to see him from this angle very often grin emoticon. This handsome male Great Angle-head lizard was sleeping on a vertical perch about 3 feet from the ground. Malaysia.

Cat Gecko (Aeluroscalabotes felinus). This one didn't have "galaxy eyes" but it's still awesome. Malaysia.

Kuhl's Flying Gecko (Ptychozoon kuhli) looking for something. I think he/she was looking for the lift to go up to tree top canopy. Malaysia.

Kurt: Excellent series as per usual. Are these also nocturnal images? I'm curious if you have a species that is your "holy grail"-- one that you have not yet photographed?
Thanks for showing us the creatures in your world.

Thanks for the comments, Tejaswrangler, Allen, Bill.
Allen - yes, all taken at night! I think earless monitor lizard and Ophisaurus buttikoferi would be a holy grail for me!

Thanks. These look rare, indeed. I could find no images of the Ophisaurus buttikoferi. The reptile data base says: 'we have no images".
I wish you luck and perseverance.

Thanks. Not easy since they can be found only in Borneo. I don't get to go there that often.
Ophisaurus buttikoferi looks quite similar to this one: http://felis.in/rave/wp-content/gallery/reptiles/Ophisaurus_gracillis.jpg

Outstanding set as usual. Have you talked about your lighting setup before on this forum? I would sure like to hear what you are using because your lighting is so great.
