Number 11---Use a reverse neutral density filter when the sun is lower on the horizon.
A reverse neutral density filter is a new one on me.

Here is an article that can explain it better than I can. Frankly, I have never used one. If you check the UHH archives you will probably find more info.

I do know about the graduated ND filters. Just never heard of them as "reverse ND filters.
