Yeah, it's funny how when things swing in a particular direction that contradicts folks' cherished beliefs/myths/value systems, they raise an outcry. Those same folks are strangely silent when the court validates their positions, however strongly in the other direction. Works both ways. Just sayin'.

In light of the recent - specific and impactful - Supreme Court decisions....a brief examination of history will educate you as to why many raise concerns.
As I am sure that you are an enlightened person - perhaps a review of the history of Greece and the Romans - and some of their behaviors, and choices near the end of their periods of dominance would be not only in order, but a real eye opener for you.

In short...this whole place is going to hell in a hand basket - and the Supremes seem to have forgotten history - so WE are damned to repeat it....

Well, yes, going to hell in a handbasket, no quibble there. We might, however, have to agree to disagree on just why we're headed in that direction. I fear it's not JUST the Supremes! Cheers.

No problem there! We can all disagree with history. Except that those are facts.
And it is intellectually dishonest to disagree with facts.
