I was lazy today...

...and it was on and off rain so I set an old log up in my daughters garden and sprinkled seed on it.These Sparrows really enjoyed them,even when it started to rain.The streaks in one of the pics are raindrops.Hope you like them.7 photos to come.

Fine series, Jim. I'm always interested in the differences in the same species in the US and in the UK. The sparrows are one example and the robins are another. Your excellent images are always a learning experience for me.

Hardy little Sparrows Jim, they are always in the garden no matter how hard it rains and we have had plenty of that over here of late!!
