There are railroad tracks about less than a city block's distance from my house and at this time of year there is a lot of action to be found there. This morning three young fox pups were wandering around there posing for my camera among the many Lupines growing near the tracks., This is also the area where snapping turtles lay their eggs each year. But this year a turtle's eggs won't stay buried long with these little foxes out and about throughout the day!
I hate mosquitoes! ouch! ouch!

I enjoyed your fox series.

Anything left over from this past week? How 'bout some good shots that you like? ...........

Thank you, RR, but I think I have a long way to go before I would begin to approach your Challenge records. Meanwhile, those are Sunday-best-gorgeous landscape photographs, RR, any way you look at them!

That is a very handsome photo of a political building, Beercat. I note that some office lights are on -- at 4:45 am??? What was going on?

June 14th is "Flag Day" in the USA.

Thank you for your service, Chase. May that flag ever wave for freedom and justice.

Sunday already? Thanks, Jim. One from this afternoon.

That's a terrific eye-catcher, Ed! Beautiful B/W tones and a startling composition.

home is where it's at these days ... what's up with the old man?

William, I see you're experimenting with adding horsepower to your art, which already has more spark than I could ever handle. Don't forget to charge the battery!

Good shot Richard, many people like to be seen so this should suit them just fine

Thank you, Simon. Congratulations on your book and the exhibition. How about posting a few of the photos from that so we can see them too? The fact that you're loaded with work is great!

Been so busy lately with paid work and also getting everything ready for my Exhibition that started yesterday and a book to accompany it not much UHH time left

When I asked for photos, Simon, I meant shots of the way your photos were exhibited on the walls. and the people looking at them. I'm especially interested in the mechanics of getting a book produced, since I've been encouraged to assemble my vignettes of the post-WW II military occupation of Germany into a book.

This one is especially for Judy. Three weeks ago, I posted the vertical garden frame that my granddaughter and I built over the holiday weekend. Judy wanted to see it once it got going. Here it is, three weeks after planting. Beans, peas, spinach and two kinds of lettuce.
