Need help identifying this bug

Hi guys,
I saw these guys on one of my sons pepper plants and I have no idea what they are. Can anyone identify them, I know less about insects than I do about gardening :)

I believe this is an Assassin bug nymph. Notice the black proboscis slung under the chin. They prey on other insects.

Thank you Douglass. After a quick Google image search, I believe you are correct. There were a bunch of them on one plant but they didn't appear to be eating the plant.
Sorry about the IQ, was handheld in poor lighting while leaning over the plant to get close enough for a quick shot. :roll:
