Cellar Spider with Ring flash and DIY diffuser

I used the bottom of a Styrofoam sandwich box and connected it to the ring flash to get several directions of light.

those spiders always remind me of the recluse spiders here.not quite but close.i dont want to se anymore of those but i'll take one of your cellar spiders.good shot

Very nice! It seems I'm not the only one dealing with white Stucco lately, though you dealt with it much better than I did. :thumbup:

Looks pretty good. Lighting is always a challenge. I'm still trying to get proper diffusion on my Lester Dine ring flash. Nothing as good as yours yet. Well done.

ASB - Overall illumination looks good. Styrofoam does a good diffusing/scattering light.

Good job Jim. I like the lighting effect it gave you. Gives just enough shadow for contrast.
I can't quite visualize the rig you made. I'll bet it looks pretty interesting.
