I finally found a very small jumper in my garden.
I managed to herd him onto my finger without to much resistance.
He was interested in the hairs on my hand and moved around quite a bit.

Nice looking jumper and well captured. I like that it gives people an idea of how small the things we macro photographers capture.

Thank you A-PeeR. I was shooting single handed and twisting and turning the other hand to get him where I wanted. He was all over checking me out while I did the same to him.

I often wonder what brings me more enjoyment.... The images I capture or the observations and interactions I have. I'd be hard pressed to make that call....

I have fun when they want to explore and don't seem to overly upset. I let him wander a bit and then set my hand down and he crawled away.

Thank you Bill.
I think everything is late so everything is tiny right now. I'm sure they will grow up.

We have a few varieties that barely reach 3mm full grown and more that get to only 4-5mm max.

Thanks Craig. He or she was a very entertaining subject. Jumping from finger to finger and pulling at my hand hair.
Pretty fun to shoot.
