Katydid nymph and a yawning slug

Lilyturf is my go to plant in the garden. As soon as it starts growing, I always seem to find a nice subject on one of the leafs. Just before it started raining this morning, I found a Katydid nymph. Next plant over had a slug and it was the first time I remember seeing an open breathing hole.

Nice! I can't seem to find any slugs. Maybe when it gets warmer.
