Taken with my D3200 and my Dines 105 f/2.8, one PK-13 tube, and my Dines ring light. Spider shot as ISO 400, 1/200 second, at f/16. Ants at ISO 100, 1/200 second, f/11. I didn't even get bit ;-)

Beautiful Jumper.
Is that first shot a wolfie?
The detail on your ants is really nice.
And the flies eyes are very crisp.
Well done.

Pretty sure it's a baby wolf spider, about the size of the nail on my pinky. I love the colors in the Jumpers! And thank you, I have been a little timid about posting my pics. They never seem good enough to me. I will start posting more soon, I think.

Very nice! I especially like the last two. The spider doing the head stand looks like he's eating dinner.

Your jumper is an immature female Bold jumping spider (Phidippus audax). As she matures and molts, the bright orange spots will progressively lighten, until final molt will leave white spots only. http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/bold-jumper

Thank you. She did have something when I took that shot, it made her a little easier to capture.
