burn in from moon.

I am wondering if anyone can tell me why I get this little green burn-in moon on my photos everytime I shoot the moon.

This one isn't as bad but you can see the green dot on the left of the moon.

Take off your UV filter.

MT. Could it be over exposed, that is what it looks like to me?

Might not be the same thing but the same thing happened to me a few days ago. It turn out to be dust or something in the camera. Just a thought.

Give this explanation of lens flare a read and I think you'll find the answer to your problem.
