I have no idea what flavor it is.
They're pretty cool when you use the Download.

Creepyflavor :)
You did much better than me. I startled one out of hiding day before yesterday and it startled me right into squishing mode. Never even thought about it being 'camera fodder' but I did name him Boris and gave it a resounding musical eulogy as it hit the garbage. I must try to have more presence of mind next time.
This guy looks hungry.

Thank you for the compliment and the chuckle.
Whenever I reduce a spider to pulp, I call it the JSB which is short for Jump, Stomp, Boogie.

Thanks Craig. I wish I had used my focus rail on this one but didn't want to over stress more than I already had.
The large pedipalps mean that this is a male spider.
Thank you for the thumbs up.
Just when I was thinking about buying mail order spiders too..

Nice captures..
Thank you A-PeeR. He was a quick mover and I wound up isolating him in a lake. (Bowl with water and a rock island.) He was not pleased with the water but settled down after a bit.
I released him to the great outdoors wood pile. He should be happier and better hunting.
