Holy mackerel!
What a study in greens!
Where were you to get this amazing shot?
My only suggestion is to give him more room (relatively) in front than behind by cropping from the left about half-way to his tail.
Technically unimprovable!
The pose and expression are amazing.
This will get into the ribbons in whatever contest you may enter it!

Green he is. I like how you have his branch flowing out of the water right to left with the lizards gaze left and being a lizard toward the camera. I am not too crazy about the branch in the upper right but the rest makes up for it.

Does not appear you have much left to learn. Mama I think he's looking at a snack on the other side of that branch. Looks fantastic as is.

First off, is that critter really that color? I've never seen a lizard like that before.

I agree that the composition could be altered a bit to put the space to his/her left and up - in the direction of it's gaze.
