There have been questions regarding a 100-400 quality with a TC.

To show a comparison, you need to crop the shot without the TC to the same coverage as the shot with the TC, otherwise it's pretty useless.

Just look at it full size and you can see the difference anyway.

I like it full size. That gives me all the info I need to compare. 2X on that lens looks way soft.

If you would, Please let me know what camera body and also the settings of each picture. The Soft could be because the shutter was not fast enough for the 800mm (if in fact you had it on the long end)

My shutter should have been faster even though I had it on a tripod.
