I have paid into social security all my life... if I had been allowed to invest that money- i'd have quite a pile built up by now- all gaining interest and dividends. Instead- it was dumped into the general fund- just as Obamacare will be someday, and then they move the goal post to where I doubt I will ever see a penny. That is stealing if it were Berrie Maddof! Social security is a nothing but a giant ponsi scheme!
It is a good yardstick to how Obamacare will be handled when there isn't enough money to go around... you will absolutely be judged on what doctors, procedures, and diagnostic tests you will be deemed necessary- based on your age, quality of life and whether there is money for it. Just like the countries everyone puts forth as an example. The government does not care about you. Obama does not care about you. It is a money and power grab pure and simple.
So people who have paid into the system receiving some back as promised, is no more socialism then you putting your money in the bank and then later, making a withdraw. However, in the mind of a radical left winger- like yourself, it really isn't my money is it...
