Sorry don't see it, what luvaloser posted was totally offensive and vulgar beyond something that should be seen on this site, phcaan was just giving some of it back and did not go nearly as far as did luvaloser. I am surprised that phcaan did not bust out with a few profanities of his own... Half of what you have just said is completely made up and contrary to witness statements, sorry but that is a fact. I also have another question for you... What "vivid racial epithets" exactly did Zimmerman use? As far as I have been able to disconcert from both the 911 calls and the portions of the trial that I saw the defense never got any such language into evidence other than the statement of a witness who she herself admitted to lying during her deposition.

I don't give a flip about what Joe Scarborough has to say, he is a self proclaimed conservative, but really that ship sailed a long time ago, he is a confused man sitting every morning surrounded by liberals trying to fit in to the cliche and the New York lifestyle, anyone who can spend that much time around Mika can't be a conservative, there is just not enough money in the world to make a conservative go through that kind of torture.

You say it is the laws of Florida that have made it easier for the defense, I am sorry, it has nothing to do with the laws of the state of Florida, and everything to do with the burden of proof. Nobody is saying that the Martin family has received justice, no one will really know what happened that day, what we do know is that Trayvon Martin was kicking the crap out of George Zimmerman and really not much more than that. It was completely reasonable for Zimmerman to keep an eye on Martin considering the recent crime history of the complex and Martins seeming as if he did not belong, Zimmerman obviously over did it and got too close which gave Martin reason himself to become alarmed, but Zimmerman did not disobey a lawful police order so again your argument is emotional but has nothing to do with the law. We don't know who struck who first, nor do we know what was going through Zimmerman's mind as his head was being pounded into the concrete. I don't know if you have ever bounced your head on concrete but I have and you have no ideal as to the severity of the damage for several moments, as those moments are needed for the shock of the impact to clear... Have you ever wrestled and had someone on top of you pinning you down? How do you generally break such a hold? By twisting your body and moving both yours and your opponents center of gravity from side to side, it is easily conceivable that Martin could have seen or felt that gun during the struggle... There are just too many questions and the left is making up facts that just don't play in the court of law....

Bottom line is that the state failed to prove its case.

There are other crimes and statistics that should be much more alarming to the country and most specifically to the black community that will only get worse as this depressed economy continues to struggle, but as long as we keep talking about Zimmerman it is much easier then then you guys won't have to talk about the 40% unemployment among black youth, you won't have to talk about the fact that 9 out of 10 blacks murdered are murdered by blacks, that percapita blacks murder 7X more than whites do, that at less than 13% of our country's population, blacks, are responsible for more than half of our murder country's murders..... Yet what are all these governors and mayors doing about this? No.. let's just talk about Zimmerman, it is a much easier subject to demagogue. Why aren't the liberals raising that discussion..... Opps! I guess they would have to take a good hard look at their own failed policies... Never mind.
