People, do not buy this piece of crap. The book should be title: 70 Tips you already know.
I bought it thinking it contained practical lessons like exercises not advices.

So did I, that is why I posted the other book selection. Its hard picking out a book without reading the entire thing itself, which I might add, I don't have time to do. We won't get going as a board unless people start suggesting books we should try and read. Please, some suggestions from you would be greatly appreciated.
