Thanks Phil, I'll check it out. I'm still on the fence with this Kodak camera. I also have a Nikon P510 and was comparing the two. Although the Nikon has captured some great pictures, it isn't good in low light and at times when I have an image in focus and get the "good to go green bars" it won't take the picture. So I decided to try the Kodak Pixpro and took both cameras on an excursion. It ended up being six of one, half dozen of the other. At times the photos looked almost identical, other times the Nikon had more detail, and at times the Kodak had more accurate color. I took two of those photos of the same image and asked a friend which photo she liked better, without knowing what camera it came from. She chose the Kodak image. I'm trying to find a smaller camera that can do it all; zoom, detail, accurate color, without the weight and expense of a DSLR.

Get the manual here:

http://kodakcamera.jkiltd.com/docs/Kodak_AZ361_Owners_Manual.pdf

See page 14 to see how to charge the battery...as follows.

Before you charge your battery, you should turn the
camera off and insert the battery.
1. Connect the camera and the power charger using
the supplied USB cable. (The plug shape of the
power charger may vary depending on the country
or region. The actual item may vary from the drawing below).
2. Insert the plug of the power charger into the wall
outlet to charge the battery.
The charger is for indoor use only.
After the battery is stored for a long period of time,
use the supplied power charger to charge the
battery prior to use.
3. When the camera is turned off, you can also connect the camera to your PC using a USB cable to
charge the battery.
Charging indicator:
Red: Charging
Green: Charging complete
To have maximum battery life, charge the
battery for at least 4 hours the first time.
Charging the battery should only be done with
the camera in the "off" position.
Please charge the battery indoors between 0°C
and 40°C.

Amazing what you can find on Google!

Phil
