Thanks for this. I just sat down and was composing a post in my mind about this software. I was was wondering about jumping on the $150 offer and was going to ask what others thought. I currently use Lightroom and occasionly PSE11 mainly for the healing brush with content aware for a power line or other artifact I would like to remove from a photo. Have been thinking of trying HDR but haven't moved on it yet. Also have thought about Silver for B&W. Seems that this is a deal I can't pass on even though I'm not sure I would ever use the other four programs. What do you think?

Thanks, Greymule. I'm sitting on the fence at this point. Leaning towards buying but I will load the trial for sure. All I have done so far is read reviews via Google- all have been good. Where did you find this coupon, will it be valid for another couple of weeks?

I just purchased the set and can attest that the discount code does reduce the price to $126.65

I just went to NIK to purchase. When i typed in the promo code the cost was reduced but this popped up: "Ron Martinsen promo (Excludes 3rd party products & specials)". Can someone tell me what this means?

Did you get it to work? I tried and Windows is having trouble recognizing the file type? Started to suspect it was a scam.

For those of you with Windows and having problems getting the download to run, you need to verify that you got an .EXE file.
You should be able to right click on the NIK file and look under PROPERTIES for the file type. It must be a .EXE extension on the end of the file name.
If you don't, your browser settings are blocking .EXE file types from executing by not allowing the extension.
You can't add the .EXE . . you need to reduce your browers and or Windows protective level to allow .EXE file to download.
I didn't take that route. I downloaded the file to my iPad and then transferred the file over to my PC.
Good luck.

I use Ap 3 with the full NIK Suite added in and it's wonderfully complete and intuitive, I wish I had only paid $126 or $150 it was more like $499 and I'm still happy!

Enjoy Post with NIK

I bought the suite yesterday morning at this site http://www.niksoftware.com/nikcollection/usa/index.php?view=intro%2Fmain.shtml I used "Moats" in the promotion box for an additional 15% off. Since the original software was in excess of $300, I couldn't pass it up. I first saw the software in use at a Mike Moats macro seminar last summer. I used the trial version of Silver Efex Pro while taking a B&W class last fall, and could not believe the control I had over the photo. Even if you only use one or two modules, it's worth the price. I tried the Dfine (noise reduction) module yesterday with amazing results. I'll use it with Lightroom4.
