You love America so much that you will love seeing your fellow Americans "squirming in absolute pain" because they have different opinions than you. I am a 70 year old woman who loves my country and has always supported my country. I simply support a different candidate than you do. Would you really enjoy seeing me "squirming in absolute pain"? You certainly do not represent the vision for the United States of America that our founding fathers dreamed of as they were writing the Constitution.

You fail to acknowledge that both Biden and Pence fully cooperated and VOLUNTARILY returned the documents once they were discovered, as well as allowing the DOJ / FBI to conduct a search for any additional documents.

Whereas trump fought tooth and nail to keep the documents which he stole from the White House when his term in office was over.

It finally took a Search Warrant to get back the documents they were able to find at Mar-A-Lago, but there's been Grand Jury testimony that boxes were moved to Bedminster at one point, so we don't know if there are other documents with classified markings which are still sqirreled away in places beyond Mar-A-Lago and the storage unit nearby which was searched by a trump lawyer.

There's a huge difference between National Security and being a National Security risk!

The risk trump poses is because of his affinity with Autocrats and Dictators around the world, and his desire to emulate them.

By the way, it's illegal for a former president to retain classified documents once they're no longer in office!

The fact remains that trump couldn't pass a security clearance background check if his life depended upon it.

The usual courtesy of former presidents being "read in" on matters of National Security wasn't extended to trump because of his actions while in office, and after leaving office.

trump was a high risk to the National Security of United States because of his loose lips with our adversaries.

Orban of Hungary at CPAC

Are you really saying that you're putting your support behind someone who worships the actions of Adolph Hitler and Benito Mussolini?

Wow, you do have the Dem talking points down pat and Joe Biden is as pure as the wind driven snow. Your absolute hatred and vitriol oozes thru on almost every word you post. It’s really, really gonna hurt when/if Trump becomes president again. If he is, I’m gonna love it and enjoy libs squirming in absolute pain. If not, more pain for ALL of America….CHEERS!

Did I hit a nerve when I told the truth about trump?

Are you having a problem learning the truth about trump and his uneducated cultists?

In case you missed the facts about trump, he's an adjudicated sexual asaulter, a known adulter, a FAKE, a fraud, and a traitor! Let's not forget con artist while we're at it!

WHY the evangelicals still stand behind trump is a real head scratcher.

After rhe Stormy Daniels testimony earlier this week, the evangelicals may have to finally reexamine their core values and their questionable continued support of trump or forever be labeled as FAKES just like trump.

It's no longer fake news, the facts have been exposed for the entire world to see.

The United States should never put such a compromised person back into the White House where he'll be an even bigger National Security risk than he was the last time!

Remember that trump STOLE documents with classified markings on them when he left the White House in 2021. There are documents which trump has already shared the content of with multiple people who didn't have the clearance to see, and at least one foreign national. This was after trump shared National Security secrets with the Russians soon after he took the oath of office.

Apparently, what you don't understand is that with these sham indictments and trials, Americans are more frustrated with the degradation of the system of justice in this country, the double standard and the politicalization/weaponization of government agencies against political opponents. Reexamine Core Values? His poll numbers are going up with these sham trials while Joe Biden's are going down. This NYC trial, you know the one where the Feds said there was no crime, is the last one that will take place this year.....and even the liberal pundits are now coming around to the fact this would have never been brought if the name wasn't Trump.

Flawed candidate? Name one who isn't! Your tunnel vision is just so, so obvious. You state that Trump 'STOLE' (debatable since he was a president, former or not) classified documents BUT conveniently forget that Joe Biden as a senator, decades ago, actually stole and kept stealing, classified material. Its ILLEGAL for ANY government official, except the PRESIDENT, to remove classified documents from their secure locations. Then Senator Biden actually stole (unauthorized removal and a felony) classified material, retained them and openly and admittedly shared it with unauthorized individuals, not to mention the hundreds of classified documents were left scattered and strewn about in an unsecure garage where who knows who had the opportunity to read them.

National security risk? Hardly, Trump is about as far from the current office holder as one can get when it comes to America's security. Biden has made shambles of America foreign policy; where allies no longer trust him while America's enemies laud him and thank him for their funding. His open border has allowed hundreds, more likely thousands of potential terrorists to enter this country unabated, not to mention more 'gottaways' than both Trump and Obama combined.

America first? Biden's policies from the economy to energy to climate change, to trade, to foreign policy (Mideast) has never put America first. Those failed policies are more reasons why Biden's numbers are in the tank and Trumps are rising. Head Scratcher? Maybe its you who should be scratching his head and take a more open look at what Biden has done to this country, from Afghanistan, to the border to foreign policy. My first choice, maybe not, but of the two, there's really only one. Trump may have a crass personality, but he does put America first, for however long its going to last.

Jimmy Carter's dying words will be, "Thank You, Joe".....CHEERS!

Hey, I understand that entirely. I guess I never wanted to risk dropping a little $500 gift to the Feds for a short-time twist of the throttle.

Continuing with images from The Nuthouse in Clemson, SC. Carl Ackerman has built some great photography blinds in his back yard that provide some terrific opportunities to see and photograph some East Coast birds that Deb and I do not see often. While these birds may be "common" to many folks, for us they are exotic. Most of these images were shot with a Canon R5, 600 f/4.0 lens and processed in Photoshop. Carl provides some "set up" perches with flowers etc, but he has planted a wide variety of trees and plants that provide more "natural" perches. When we were there the leaves had just started to turn colors (October 1, 2023) so gave us some background colors.

Superb shots, glad you're enjoying our east coast birdies....I feel the same when traveling out west, many we never get to see here in the east like the Stellar Jay and others. Always hoping a family of Magpies would 'Snowbird' it here to Florida...

One of the first things that I do when we arrive on Hilton Head Island is take a bike ride through Sea Pines to check out the wildlife. To avoid causing tremendous stress to the gate keepers of UHH, I separate out those loathsome birds I see for a trigger warning set in the bird section.

As you can see, a spring morning brings out the cold blooded for some sunbathing.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

I ended up working all-day Friday – heading home, the news talked about this historic geomagnetic storm that will make for a beautiful display in night skies across the country. When I got home, I told my amazing (and understanding) wife, load up, because we’re headed to Crater Lake. Around 4-hours later (as the sun was setting), we’re setting up cameras and waited for the light show of the decade (maybe the century). Around 2:00 am, we’re loading up and heading back to home.

Was it worth it, I would have to say “Most Definitely”.

In the years past, deep back in the hollows, you could see scads of old abandoned vehicles right beside the roads. Several years back, the State mandated that any such vehicle within 20 feet of the road had to be moved....safety concerns. Somehow, this old truck escaped that edict.
