Why are you posting about NoLo when it has absolutely 0% to do with the question

True..it was kind of a hijack. NoLo was mentioned by the OP, so I commented. But you're right..

You can remove the reeds, but you cannot make this a photo worth saving. The eye has to be crystal clear. Unless my laptop monitor is off (which is possible...reg monitor not avail) the details of the critter are somewhat fuzzy. This is why wildlife photography is so difficult...the shot has to be crystal clear, particularly they eyes...distractions need to be not there or eliminated. The reflection has to be accurate as well. I read somewhere that the enemy of a great photo is a good photo...which I agree with. Of course, most of us (me) like our good photos and keep them for memories or the the photo book of a vacation.

I have no idea about Amsterdam...but New Orleans is a dangerous place. This from a retired cop who worked in tough parts of town. Been to NO quite a few times. Last time, about a year ago, it was a mess. Even problems in high end restaurants with people acting stupid. Not going back. Too bad. The WW2 museum is a gem.

I just participated in a discussion on another site, Bogleheads, that is an excellent financial advice site. It is highly moderated. The content, comments, etc. are excellent. The discussions robust. The culture is that diatribes are not allowed. People who make incorrect comments apologize or correct their own comment, there is a section where people start their financial journey, called a wiki to avoid redundant discussions on settled topics such as index investing, roth iras, etc. (I think the issue of raw. vs. JPEG was discussed in the first 10 threads on UHH something like a decade ago. Its a complete waste of time and an attractant for foolishness, arguments, insults, etc. There is an answer on raw vs. jpeg. Want to know about the topic? Go to the community created wiki and there is your answer..no more arguments.) Threads are locked when the discussion has run its course. People who refuse to play by the rules are removed from the site. If you want to manage your own funds, have challenging financial issues, this site is a gem.

Recently, there was a simple thread on this site on the value of the moderators...who make it an enjoyable site. UHH could benefit from this kind of approach. These are photos of some birds...ok...does it belong on the bird area, the photo gallery, is the poster looking for feedback? Who knows?

I started the travel section...but it competes with the regular section...with no comment from anyone. Why birds and not travel? So the site needs some re-org, moderators....all of which would change the culture of uhh.

You'll get better help by watching some video training specific to the LR Export dialog. Five minutes of video training will likely save you hours of frustration and / or guessing at the meaning of vague questions.

try the results from: google video lightroom export

This is the answer.

Adobe has excellent tutorials and there are countless others on youtube. Fumble around in the dark or just watch a video or two...

Here is a detailed workflow as well.

I have Godox and like it. Godox is an entire system where the user can deploy off camera flash with a camera mounted trigger. You can have multiple flashes for portrait work. It's great.

But, the menu for Godox is difficult and unintuitive. I made a small cheat sheet just to remind myself of how to use the danged system.

I recently took photographs of a Lacrosse game. Very fast moving game totally new to me. I used an Olympus which has the Pro-Capture feature. Pro-Capture allows the user to partially depress the shutter button and the camera starts recording a loop of images. When the shutter button is fully depressed the camera records the desired image as well as records a set number (in my case 20) before and a set number after, if the shutter button is depressed for a few seconds. That is like a little time machine. (It's actually more like a video loop.) It allows the inexperienced user (me as far as the sport) to capture the perfect moment of the action.

I am hoping the Canon has something similar. I think Nikon has a feature that is similar. People yammer about "game changing tech." For me, the Pro-Capture was a game changing tech that saved the day. It bridged the gap between my lack of Lacrosse understanding and getting decent shots that I otherwise would not have.

If Canon accomplished the auto focus features such as focusing on the person who has the ball, that too would be a game changer. Couple that with Pro-Capture? Amazing. In my case, I was there to take pics of a certain player for my friend. If the wizardry of tech could automatically focus on that player in a mass of players, that too would be a huge advantage.

Always glad to have added tech that eventually bleeds down to the lower levels of cameras.

I'd be interested to see what the camera manufactures have as far as support / logistic for the pros at the Olympics. Hogsters tend to focus (pun intended) on the gear side of the equation, but the business side is fascinating to me. I recall that Canon had a massive area where they supplied lenses, replacement bodies, etc to the pros who were in need of gear replacement due to breakdowns or upgrades. I think Sony did the same thing. Oly had some old hippie in a van handing out t-shirts maybe. When organizations like AP start switching brands, it likely has little to do with the gear (all of which can capture great images) but more on costs, support, availability, etc.

Canon and Sony are the big dogs in the tent and deservedly so. Great gear, great support. What's not to like?

It’s shocking really. And perhaps an indicator of a medical condition as well.

Camera's can be tested to see if they still work. It is not difficult.
However, you seem to have issues just crossing the street without looking so I am not sure you are capable of doing what is required.

How pleasant.

Curious guys, educate me here. Why do I need to hire an attorney when the company immediately told me that they would cover any medical expenses as well as my equipment? My CPA has given me the name of an attorney, and I have left her a message, but I guess I am still wondering why it's needed.

Would appreciate any insight here! I seriously just want to heal and get back to life!

I do not believe it is ethical to make claims that do not exist. In many cases, people who are in traffic collisions falsely allege injuries which is part of the calculation of damages such as pain and suffering. It is also irresponsible, if not stupid, to not make claims for damages that do exist.

But, the moment you sign a settlement agreement, your case is closed for ever. It cannot be reopened. If, by some chance, you should wake up one day with pain, say in the back, and a physician diagnoses damage attributable to the collision, then since you signed a settlement, you would have no recourse. And your insurance will not cover damages that are attributable to someone else's negligence. How would this work in your favor? Sign off on the collision, then find out, "wait, you need kyphoplasty on your back to stop the pain that has popped up." Write a check for $30k because you signed off the claim without knowing what you were doing?

I assume you are not a physician. You did not mention the extent of your injuries. I am assuming you are early in this process...do you know what the diagnosis is, the treatment will be, how long the recovery will be, long-term effects, if any? You say you want to recover and get back to life...what does that mean? What if you are older (me) and your life is altered because of the accident? Who knows? Do you?

Further, you say the company has agreed to pay for medical, etc...but they have insurance...what they say also matters. Do you think this agreement to settle the case will be a handshake or written by their legal team. Do you think the opposing attorneys will craft the agreement in their favor or yours? And there is also a statute of limitations on making a claim and a ways to "toll" that statute, probably by making a claim. What if you find out you have medical bills that they want to dispute? Then what? In this matter, it appears you do not know what you do not know. Do not claim more than you need but nothing less. You are sailing in waters that you do not know how to navigate.

I sent an email to OP/TECH

I'd like to see them change their name to something more reasonable.

I doubt they're going to undo years of marketing, branding, website development and design, re-do artwork, packaging, contracts and other things I can't think of based on an email.
