I am a muscle car guy. Had a few growing up but didn't know what I had. Dream car is 69 Z28 but I would take anything right now. Maybe when the daughter gets out of college. I could have 6 cars for the cost of one college education but she is worth it.
Not much equipment. About a 6 or 7 yr. old Cannon 50D with a 28-135mm lens which the IS has stopped working so I have to shoot with it turned off. Just ordered a Sigma 18-250 mm F3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM as recommended by my instructor. I do not have a bunch of lenses. I like to shoot landscape and portraits. Would love to to wildlife but I don't have the patience. Most of my subjects don't have patience to sit for me to get the settings right. I have purchased Elements 12 but have never used it because I don't know how yet. I just joined UHH while I'm sitting at work so I don't have any photos here.
I'm a novice photographer. Been shooting auto all my time and have taken some classes to get me out of my box. Seems like the more I learn and change settings my photos are not quite as sharp as they were or at least as far as the way I see it but I'm working on it. Hope to meet some photographers here and pick up some tips. Rusty
