Back-up material need not to be RAW if it's considered "emergency material", so having 2 TB of in camera storage means you can shoot all week long before you need to down load any of the backup images...
I backup on my second card in RAW, because I want the same quality if I have to go to the backup. It should be no problem with that much space available. Also I download at the end of each shooting day so I can check what I have shot on my large monitor.
