I knew this was going to happen last Friday night but I also knew we had a storm coming in.
Got my camera gear out just in case. It looked like a small window of time of possible clearing around midnight.
I wasn't paying close enough attention, but I looked out around 11 pm and could see visibly a reddish sky. Grabbed a couple shots with my phone but it soon clouded over. I should have looked out earlier, a lot of local photos on line from this area that were very good. So, I basically missed it.
Tried Saturday night, absolutely clear skies but the lights were a no-show.
Daughter in South Carolina got some good shots.
Daughter in Wisconsin got some good shots.
Son in North Dakota got some good shots even with the light pollution of oil rigs.
Son in Washington got some good shots.
Daughter in Hawaii got rain.

How are you making the germination happen
I have absolutely nothing to do with it except to go out looking for them.
However, they do grow pretty profusely around our burn barrel. Not sure why.
Got a nice crop coming in, (Morchella) morels.
Great set! You're just a talented photographer, Diane. It doesn't matter what you have in your hands.

You've put it to good use. Did you receive any specific training regarding photographings automobiles?
None at all, but it did help me learn the basics.
Yes, got my certificate in 1984.
Tried to bring out the inherent color. Download!
Great backlighting! I choose the last one.
