I’ve seen him many times. You will enjoy. Watch his hands you will be amazed with what he he does with that polka dot guitar.
Dogs are better than 99% of the humans out there. I love the bumper sticker I saw. “ I strive to be be half the man my dog thinks I am”
It’s never the pack. It’s the gear. Much like a garage. If you have room , you will fill it. That being said my favorite pack is a mindshift. It has a great system for organizing , a soft frame and great straps. Got rid of my 500 f4 for a zoom and lighter gear. I can pack it so I don’t want to carry it or keep it to only what I will need.
Makes me think of my folks. Their house was at the base of the Red Rocks. Every day was different. They had bears, mountain lions, bobcats, deer, and all sorts of birds besides the RedRocks. Spent a lot of time there taking care of them. Great memories! Also very nice pictures that you took!
Mike Jackson. Best of the Tetons. Incredible photographer,Great local knowledge and all around “good guy”.
This was my life for 46 years. Still have a very cool shop but loosing the desire to do that stuff. Trying to figure out a very blown disc right now. No doubt related to all those years of HD wrenching. Have fun and don’t forget to charge what you are worth. But you know that!
Very nice shots and adventure. Heading down there in a month or so.
Nice capture! Always love wood ducks.
I recently bought the r5 and been using with 100-400 and adapter. I am blown away with it. I have a 5d Mk4 that I been using for several years. I am waiting for my 100-500 to arrive. I have friends that have the combo and could not be happier. My shooting buddy who is 50 year Nikon guy just bought a Canon r5 yesterday. I will be selling all my EF equipment this winter. Good Luck!
I would worry about being in NYC way more than being in Yellowstone or GTNP. Carry bear spray for the whole trip. Bear spray works really well on humans also. Lots of hiking maps out there. The rangers and visitor stations are a great source of info. Right now there are sooooooo many people in the parks. Get up really early if you want to see wildlife as it’s hot out(they all have a fur coats on). The best pictures are usually really early or almost dark. Not many people wearing masks it seems. One really good thing this year is NO tour buses. The MOST important thing to bring is COMMON SENSE. Have fun!
Better hurry up. Most of Utah is already here. Have fun , lots of critters out and NO tour buses yet.
It’s all confusing.Retired right before Covid. Probably only smart decision I ever made in business.
Not that I really need to know ,but what does your buddy have and what shape is it in and of course how much. Thanx PK
