This morning, saw a huge opossum waddling toward our backyard dead Elm tree..
Her pouch was bulging, and she had one little one clinging on her tail for dear life... By the time I got my camera outta the car, she was up the tree about to go into a hole in the tree... Little guy finally got to her back (and I see an extra tail under her bulging pouch, rear view)...
And she's got about three weeks to find new digs, cuz earlier in the week we had a tree service come and give us a bid to remove the tree... The kids will be much bigger by then!

Well taken, they eat ticks and are resistant to rabies.

Not often seen in the wild - mostly seen as roadkill - so GOOD to see these !

Great set. I find possums to be quite ugly but it doesn't detract from your set.
