Y'all know I'm not a birder. I try, but I'm simply not quick enough. So when I get anything that's more than a blob, I'm REALLY happy! I know these aren't up to your standards, but for me, they're wonderful! Your comments are most welcome.
If I get behind this twig, she can't see me!

I can't see her, so she can't see me, right?

These look different. But are they the same?

I thought this guy was a hawk. But it turns out, he's the one remaining turkey buzzard left in the neighborhood.

They look fine to me. Good job.

It's interesting that you don't see cardinals. I see them all the time, but at the Arboretum. When we lived in the citrus groves, they lived at our house. Maybe it has to do with available food? Thanks for visiting my post.

I toss about 80% of my bird photos being them blurry! I miss a lot being a little slow adding in it takes a second or so for my D810 to grab focus, if at all. Nice set & congrats on the hummer shots!

Nice work, Kathy! You caught a Hummingbird in flight, which is a very tough subject, and it was very sharp. Yes, they are two, most likely, Lesser Goldfinches in #5! And I do like excellent composition in #7. Also, you could try using some editing software, Lightroom, for example, to enhance your photos...
Anyway, you are on the right track, just donβt give up and keep on posting!

Thank you. I'm having more success with my newer cameras. They focus much more quickly. They have allowed me to finally get a hummer on occasion.
